MapleStory Classic World Warrior build and leveling guide, Lv 10-30

Lv 10-309 min read
I am a Warrior. Where do the points go and where do I train?
iWhat Warrior build and leveling, Lv 10-30 is
The ten-to-thirty apprenticeship every warrior serves. Two attacks, and the HP that carries into every job after this one. This page is the climb from 10 to 30: what to stand on in each band and which quests are worth the detour. The Warrior page has the other half - every skill, the whole SP order with its levels worked out, and the gear behind it.

Where the points go

: STR

STR is your damage on every warrior weapon, and DEX is both what lets you hold it and what makes it land. Do not treat DEX as spare: from level 20 up, every sword, axe and blunt weapon on the ladder below carries a DEX requirement alongside its STR one, reaching 65 by level 70. The accuracy formula is also kinder to a warrior’s DEX than to an archer’s, so the points you spend meeting the weapon are doing two jobs at once.

: the order, not the levels
  1. 1.One monster at a time is what you fight for the first ten levels, and this is the skill for it.
  2. 2.Now the same points buy six monsters instead of one.
  3. 3.Three points only. Max HP Increase will not open without them.
  4. 4.The best fifteen points a warrior ever spends: +25% HP, kept forever.

The whole order, with the level each step lands at, is on the class page. It is kept in one place so the two cannot disagree.

What to watch
  • Six skills hold 105 ranks between them and the job earns 61 points. You cannot max everything, and this is the tier where that surprises people.
  • Iron Body is the one to leave out. It wants 20 points for a defence percentage, and 20 points is the whole of Slash Blast.
  • Accuracy is the warrior’s real problem, not damage. If monsters your own level are missing, the answer is DEX and Precise Strikes, not a bigger weapon.

Read off the item rows by the job each row names, so this list gains a type when the game does. Lower speed stages are faster; the attack speed page has what each stage means and what a Booster does to it.

The advancement

First job is level 10 for every branch, and the Warrior instructor stands in Perion. Second job is level 30, through a quest the snapshot files under Warrior. Both towns are on Victoria Island and a new character is not, which is the first thing that actually stops people: the first steps guide has the crossing.
