It seems Alex of Kerning City has yet another favor to ask. Alex of Kerning City asked me to deliver his gift to Nella for him. Apparently, he's too embarrassed to hand it over himself. Only characters at Level 27 or higher can complete this quest. I handed A Gift for Nella over to Nella.
