Chief Stan of Henesys seems to have something he wants to tell Mrs. Ming Ming. Chief Stan of Henesys asked me to tell Mrs. Ming Ming that he is sorry and grateful. However, the news that he has regained his vitality will likely be what makes her happiest. Only characters at Level 27 or higher can complete this quest. I delivered Chief Stan's message to Mrs. Ming Ming of Henesys. She seems relieved and ready to prepare for the next town festival.
