Does Roxy at Kerning City Civic Center know anything about the evil spirit somewhere in Kerning City Roxy at Kerning City Civic Center couldn't hide the seriousness on her face when I mentioned that Chun Ji had been sensing a powerful evil spirit somewhere in Kerning City. Only characters at Level 47 or higher can complete this quest. After some hesitation, I went and met Jane Doe at Niora Hospital. But the girl I hadn't seen in a while... no, the girl's ghost, seemed to know something.
