I should listen to the story of Dances with Balrog, one of the four sages, in Perion of Victoria Island. I talked to the sage Dances with Balrog in Perion about the ring, and he told me that he has an item that could serve as a clue to finding The Book of Ancient. However, he said he can't just give it to me... I managed to make a promise that he would hand over the clue if I bring him 2 Power Crystals, items that can help him restore his strength. I brought the Power Crystals to Dances with Balrog.
