I met Sophia in Perion Department Store. She told me that she's working on her dream of becoming an alchemist. To make the Sparkling Rock, she says she needs 30 Squishy Liquids, 30 Leafs, 30 Octopus Legs, and 1 Arcon's Blood. Everything looks reasonable enough... wait, Arcon's Blood ! Fortunately, Sophia knew where to get some. She told me to have a chat with Manji, who should be somewhere around Perion. Sophia told me that Manji has some Arcon's Blood, a key ingredient in making a Sparkling Rock.
