About this page

Monsters are ranked by EXP per HP times the level penalty: EXP per HP stands in for kill speed without inventing cast times, and the penalty, the level-difference damage multiplier at the band’s middle level (95), counts as extra HP to get through. The window is the band itself, two levels either side. A band ending at 10 or below lists Maple Island’s monsters, where every character is standing; add region=all to the address for the whole world. The map is where that monster’s own EXP/h ceiling is highest, and the kills are how many it would take to cover the whole band from that monster alone. The quests are the ones whose level opens inside the band, a chain’s follow-up at the level of the quest before it; a rotation quest is offered a few at a time, so its EXP is counted apart.
